Shamil Bank Employees Benefit from Neurotic Language Programming Course
Shamil Bank, a leading Bahrain-based commercial and investment bank recently organized a Neurotic Language Programming (NLP) course in collaboration with the Education and Management International Consultancy (EMIC).
Neuro Linguistic Programming is a new field of human knowledge providing a wide range of step-by-step method for developing the ability to reach highly effective levels of communication and understanding in both personal and professional relationships. It is believed to be one of the most important syntactic knowledge about human communication to emerge since the explosion of humanistic psychology in the sixties.
Mr. Ahmed Abdul Rahim, General Manager Support Group, Shamil Bank highlighted the importance of NLP as the ultimate behavioral engineering tool. Mr. Abdul Rahim said: “NLP assists in improving an individual’s skills in many different ways. It helps to build rapport at the non-verbal level in ways that improve personal and professional relationships. It also facilitates the dealings with different types of personalities and in resolving conflicts in ways that benefit all parties involved.” Continuing on the benefits of NLP for Shamil Bank employees, Mr. Abdul Rahim said: “NLP creates positive feelings in an individual and others at times they are most needed. It also changes unwanted behaviors in positive ways and helps in achieving desired results and reaching a win-win situation in most cases. It is a whole new world of discovering new ways to handle things positively that could otherwise be frustrating. It creates a sense of self confidence in any situation.”
