    Qualification criteria
  -- Applicant age will be minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years at the date of application. The repayment period will not exceed the age of 70 for all individuals.
  -- The applicant should be working and/or residing in GCC region
  -- Salaried individuals should be in the employment of the present employer for a period of not less than 6 months (provided the Applicant has completed the required probation period).
  -- Self employed and Small Business Owners have to be active in their business not less than 3 years with business track record.
  -- Minimum Income Requirements:
    • Salaried individuals: Minimum monthly income of BD 350 for Bahrainis and BD 500 for Expatriates.
    • Self employed individuals and small business owners: Minimum monthly average net credit turnover of BD 1,000 in the past 6 months.
    • Retired individuals: Minimum monthly income of BD 600
    • GCC Residents: Minimum monthly income of BD 2,000
  -- The financing amounts will not be smaller than BD 10,000 and will not exceed the following limits for relevant type of the customer:
    • Salaried Bahrainis : BD 500,000
    • Salaried Expatriate : BD 300,000
    • GCC Employees or Residents : BD 300,000
    • Self Employed : BD 300,000
    • Small Bus. Owners : BD 300,000
    • Retired individuals : BD 150,000
